The OB platform provides free online resources that help chemistry teachers overcome the limitations of conventional classrooms and inspire the development of new, forward-thinking chemistry curricula.
What does our community offer?
If you're preparing a new chemistry class or looking to expand the topics you currently teach, the OB. platform offers a wide variety of educational materials to support you. Educators are encouraged to upload and share their own resources and teaching tools on the platform to benefit the broader teaching community. You can also connect with fellow teachers and learners to share experiences, discuss challenges, and collaborate on new approaches to chemistry education.

How to plug in to the platform
To begin sharing and accessing teaching resources, educators must first create an account as a "Teacher". After setting up your profile, you can choose whether your details are private or public. To protect teacher-only materials, profiles must be independently verified by an OB. Administrator before access is granted. Once your account is created, an administrator will contact you within a few days to confirm your status. If you've already received a teacher confirmation code, please enter it when signing up.
Create AccountHow to connect with the community
Once your account is activated, you can start talking to other community members through our discussion boards. You can also begin contributing and uploading teaching materials to the platform. However, contributions need to be reviewed and approved by an administrator before they are released. You can check on the status of your contribution through your dashboard.
