OB is a web platform developed by the OB Institute that provides open-access chemistry education materials for instructors and students to enhance their coursework. These resources are designed to expand the depth of chemistry instruction and improve existing curriculum. For more information, please visit the About OB section.

To make a teacher account please go to the Discussion Board.

The beginning is always the hardest part, but don't worry OB  is here to help. To start Navigating please go to the Discussion board, click Announcements, then click "OB Teacher Guide" and follow the instructions in the 2nd post called "Navigation."

While we encourage our materials to aid users' research we ask that content should primarily be for teaching. However, if you would like to link, or discuss your research we highly encourage you to start a conversation on the Discussion board. 

At the moment, we only have content in English. However, over time we hope users will upload content in other languages. If you do post content in a foreign language we ask that the description be written in English. 

To secure the quality of the OB platform materials, we have established a protocol where OB administrators need to individually review and approve uploaded material before it is made accessible on the platform.  If there are suggestions for improvement, administrators may attach notes to the material for the
